Opini hosts a feedback form and release posts for every project, and exposes a read-only roadmap API you can render anywhere on your own site.

A form you can share anywhere

Every project gets a full-page form at a permanent URL:

Submissions land in Triage exactly like the widget's do. Use it when you can't (or don't want to) drop a script tag on someone's page — think:

  • A "Send us feedback →" link in your email footer.
  • A QR code on printed stuff or in-app onboarding.
  • A durable link to paste into support replies.
  • A "what's next?" section on a status page, release post, or marketing site.

Release posts

When something ships, Opini hosts a blog-style release post you can link to — pinned next to the umbrella it came from or standalone:

Each release has a visibility setting:

  • Public — listed on the project's release index and crawlable.
  • URL-only — reachable by direct link but never listed. Good for soft launches and private previews.
  • Private — admin-only. Use it for drafts or postmortems you don't want shipping yet.

Public roadmap API

Render your roadmap on your own site with a read-only JSON API. Nothing secret, nothing that needs auth, no submitter PII:

  • GET /api/v1/public/projects/{org}/{project}/roadmap-releases — timeline of published releases, paginated.
  • GET /api/v1/public/projects/{org}/{project}/roadmap-umbrellas — the items you've promoted, with status, tags, and counts.
  • GET /api/v1/public/releases/{release_pid} — one release's full payload, including pinned umbrellas.

What's shown, what's not

Emails stay private, and we don't phone home to anyone else.

  • Emails are never shown publicly. Not on release pages, not in the public API. They stay in Triage, for you.
  • Admins see the whole picture. Triage surfaces the email, display name, URL the feedback came from, any identify attributes, and when it landed.
  • No third-party tracking. We don't beacon to Segment, GA, PostHog, or anyone else from the widget or the public pages. Your users aren't anyone's product here.
